2. Services Provided

We offer luxury services including the rental of supercars, exclusive villas and apartments, VIP transfers, city driving tours, unique experiences, and private jets. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Bookings & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid prior to the start of the service.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (with prior agreement).

4. City Driving Tours

• We offer guided city driving experiences ranging from 10 to 90 minutes.
• Minimum age to drive during city tours is 21 years old.
• A valid driver's license and ID/passport are required.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 70% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the service are non-refundable.
• In case of force majeure, we will assess the possibility of rescheduling based on availability.

6. Driver Requirements (Rentals)

• Minimum age: 23 years old for full rentals.
• A valid driver's license and passport or national ID are required.
• For guests from the USA, Canada, or Australia, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required. Click here to obtain one.

7. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle or property and will be returned after successful inspection at the end of the rental.

8. Responsibility & Liability

• OTJ Experience is not responsible for any loss, damage, or accident caused by misuse of the services.
• We act as a premium concierge and agent with trusted partners, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen changes or third-party delays.

9. Website Use

Any misuse or harmful activity on the site will result in legal action. You agree not to use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

10. Data & Privacy

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
